Evan Kropp, personally oversees every aspect of each home our company builds. Don't be suprised to see him on the job site swinging a hammer, meeting with city or county inspectors, or just sweeping up. Evan believes the best way to control a job and assure top quality is to be on site throughout the entire construction process. He's even been spotted out at stores with his buyers personally assiting in the selection of finish materials.

In addition to new home construction, we also provide our clients with a full range of residential remodeling services. From one room to an entire house, we've got the skills to complete your project on time, on budget, and in top quality fashion.

Our new construction and remodeling services are available to our clients in Florida, Georgia, Connecticut, and the US Virgin Islands.

We also perform REO services and Commercial/Residential Loss Control services to our banking and insurance clients. These services are performed in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Westchester County, NY.
